Jasmine completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto and her Bachelor of Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor. She was drawn to physiotherapy through her love of movement, active lifestyle, and passion for helping others stay healthy, strong, and mobile at every stage of life.
She is certified in PHS Level I and II Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and supports individuals with concerns such as incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse. Alongside pelvic health, Jasmine has experience working with patients following hip and knee replacements, as well as those recovering strength and mobility after stroke. She also works with athletes returning from sport-related injuries and older adults aiming to maintain independence and quality of life. With her background as a Certified Personal Trainer, Jasmine enjoys blending exercise and rehabilitation to help clients feel confident in their movement.

Jon, a physiotherapist was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario. He completed his studies at the University of Windsor, achieving an Honours’ Bachelors of Human Kinetics degree in Movement Science. Shortly after he graduated from the Masters of Science in Physiotherapy program at Queens’ University in Kingston, Ontario. Throughout his life, Jon has played a multitude of sports including football and participating in track & field. He has been practicing as a Physiotherapist since 2022. During his time at Queens’, Jon has accumulated plenty of experience working with doctors and surgeons in an outpatient setting and with pre- and post-op orthopedic patients, which include a multitude of conditions such as joint replacements and muscle repairs.
Jon enjoys an active approach to working with his patients. He incorporates exercise using evidence-based treatment guidelines and recommendations to guide his individualized treatment plans, along with manual therapy.
